The Rohingya Maìyafuìnor Collaborative Network (RMCN) launched a Southeast Asia solidarity mission from August 25 to September 7, 2025, led by Rohingya women to raise urgent awareness about the worsening crisis facing Rohingya communities.
As violence escalates in Rakhine State and aid cuts deepen hardship in Bangladesh’s refugee camps, the mission traveled across Indonesia and Thailand to engage civil society, policymakers, and host communities.
Through advocacy, cultural events, and community dialogues, the initiative aimed to:
- Challenge anti-Rohingya disinformation
- Build regional solidarity
- Call for stronger protections
- Advocate for access to education and livelihoods
- Demand accountability for the ongoing genocide
