Adelina Kamal

Adelina Kamal is a humanitarian and disaster management practitioner, Co-Founder and Steering Committee Member of the Southeast Asian Women Peace Mediators (SEAWPM), and an independent strategist working at the intersection of humanitarian action, conflict transformation, peacebuilding and regional leadership.

Formerly Executive Director of the ASEAN Coordinating Centre for Humanitarian Assistance (AHA Centre), Adelina has also held senior management positions at the ASEAN Headquarters. She now advises actors from global to local levels through board roles, consultancies and advocacy.

Her mission-driven work is grounded in solidarity with communities affected by conflict and crisis — across Southeast Asia, the wider Asia-Pacific, and beyond.
