Debbie Stothard

Since 2013, Debbie has served as Secretary-General of FIDH (International Federation for Human Rights). Since 1996, she has been Founder and Coordinator of ALTSEAN (Alternative ASEAN Network on Burma).

Since the 1990s, she has been focused on innovative and empowering advocacy and capacity-building strategies for marginalized groups, in particular women and youth.
