Nuraisha Mohd Hanif is an aspiring immigration lawyer and the Director of Legal Advocacy and Community Outreach at the Rohingya Maìyafuìnor Collaborative Network.
A first-generation college graduate, she earned her degree in Criminal Justice with honors from Purdue University and interned with a public defender’s office, assisting in legal interpretation for Burmese and Rohingya speakers.
Her experience as a stateless Rohingya immigrant shaped her commitment to justice and refugee advocacy. Nuraisha is determined to use her legal education to empower her community and fight for equitable immigration reform.
