Dr. Rafia Noor

Dr Rafia Noor is a Rohingya healthcare professional and Specialist in Women’s Health Policy & Health Literacy with the Rohingya Maìyafuìnor Collaborative Network (RMCN), based in Karachi, Pakistan.

She works closely with Rohingya families through grassroots welfare initiatives, focusing on health awareness, women’s education, and preventive care. Dr Rafia has trained young Rohingya girls in basic health skills and literacy and is deeply committed to building leadership among women as a pathway to long-term community resilience.
